Science Technician

Science Technician Required - Immediate Start

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Science Technician to join one of our schools team immediately.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Science Department by preparing practical resources, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, and assisting teaching staff with lesson preparation.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and setting up practical experiments
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and materials
• Supporting health and safety procedures
• Managing stock and ordering resources
• Assisting teachers and students during practical activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a science laboratory or educational setting is desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
