Science Trainee Teacher: Paid Route to QTS in 12 Months

KPI Education in Coventry is recruiting a Science Graduate Trainee Teacher on a salaried route into teaching, starting September 2026. You will train while teaching, gain PGCE and QTS within 12 months, and work four days a week in school with one study day.

The programme offers hands-on classroom experience across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with mentoring and a clear path to a long-term teaching post.
