Scope Change Manager – Offshore Energy

Turner Lovell is seeking a Scope Change Manager to join the Glasgow-based project controls team on a major UK offshore energy project. You will own the scope change process, coordinating across engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning to ensure changes are properly identified, costed and incorporated into baselines.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering or related fields with at least 2 years in change control, plus strong cost and schedule management
