Scotland Regional Director, Project Management — Growth Leader

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Regional Director for Scotland to lead the Project Management practice from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen. You will shape strategy, lead major programmes and grow client relationships across commercial, industrial, logistics, aviation, education and public sectors.

You will drive growth, oversee portfolios, and mentor senior teams while reporting to the Practice Manager. A Chartered background and strong P&L experience are essential.
