SCPHN School Nurse: Lead, Community Health & Safeguarding

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a SCPHN School Nurse to join the Children’s Community Services Team in Ilkeston. You will engage with clients, peers and partner agencies, leading by example and promoting a caring culture.

The role involves delivering the Healthy Child Programme universally and safeguarding children according to need. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, with an office base at Ilkeston Community Hospital and Long Eaton Health
