Job Summary
Scrum Master is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile delivery for cross-functional teams within Project Management (DE) - Project Management - Scrum Master (Functional) engagements. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Enable the team to apply Agile principles and Scrum practices consistently within the Project Management (DE) framework.
- Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve blockers that impact sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum roles, and responsibilities to drive continuous improvement.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity, and throughput) to provide transparency on team performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within and across teams.
- Ensure alignment of sprint deliverables with overall project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Support risk and issue management activities within the broader project
- Partner with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers to share best practices and standardize Agile ways of working.

Qualifications and Skills
experience with RPLN .
- 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in Agile project delivery, including substantial experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and related practices (e.g., Kanban, Lean, SAFe or similar scaled frameworks).
- Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Professional Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Ability to articulate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical
