Scrutiny Officer: Climate & Biodiversity Focus

Environmental Standards Scotland (ESS) is recruiting two Scrutiny Officers in Edinburgh to lead development of new scrutiny duties focused on climate change reporting and biodiversity targets. The roles require strong policy scrutiny, data analysis and stakeholder engagement to strengthen evidence-based oversight of public authorities.
