Seasonal Accommodation Team Leader - Sparkling Guest Stays

Away Resorts Ltd at Tattershall Lakes is seeking an Accommodation Team Leader to supervise and motivate our team of accommodation cleaners, ensuring guest accommodation is sparkling and standards are consistently applied.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will manage the cleaning team, check standards, coordinate with other park colleagues, and keep paperwork up to date. This role requires a hands-on, self-motivated leader who can work at bank holidays during peak seasons.
