Seasonal Charity Retail Manager (Temp, Oct–Dec)

C2 Recruitment Ltd in Winchester is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager to lead a busy charity shop during October to December 2026. You will manage a team of volunteers, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced festive environment.

This temporary role offers £12.71 per hour, with both full-time and part-time hours available. Previous retail or supervisory experience is valued, especially charity shop settings; reliability and organisation are essential.
