The Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Client Experience Support professional to join a prestigious luxury boutique during the busy holiday season. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in luxury retail or hospitality who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Working closely with the boutique team, you will play an integral role in ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and luxurious experience while supporting the day-to-day operational excellence of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by welcoming visitors, managing appointments, and providing premium hospitality.
• Support boutique operations by receiving deliveries, processing stock, maintaining supplies, and ensuring stock areas remain organised.
• Prepare luxury purchases through meticulous gift wrapping, packaging, and coordinating client deliveries and shipments.
• Maintain the highest boutique presentation standards, ensuring the environment is immaculate and ready for clients at all times.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the boutique team, including assisting with client appointments, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of security, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail or luxury hospitality
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A polished, professional and confident approach when interacting with luxury clientele
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, collaborative and flexible attitude
• High levels of discretion and professionalism
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic would be advantageous
• An interest in luxury jewellery or fine jewellery is highly desirable
