Job Description
Role Overview
This is a seasonal role supporting the department during the busiest period of the WTM calendar; from October to end of December, which includes the annual Pantomime.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
- Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring customer feedback is reported to the Duty Manager.
- Serve customers at bars, kiosks, and retail points quickly and efficiently.
- Carry out Front Of House duties in a professional and friendly manner displaying high standards of customer care.
- Assist in audience evacuations in line with procedures and training.
