Seasonal Customer Service Advisor

They are excited to recruit customer service advisors who can bring a kind and personal approach to dealing with high levels of inbound calls with a very reputable Stevenage employer. This will be a temporary contract to support the business through their peak season, with various start dates available throughout November, working up until the end of December

Customer Service - Job Overview

• Responding to customers and potential customers over the phone in the first instance, to process orders, advise on technical issues or handle complaints
• Providing a consistently high level of customer care in an efficient, accurate and helpful manner
• Dealing with any delivery problems by liaising with both customers and couriers
• Working over multiple systems

Customer Service - Requirements

• Friendly, polite and professional
• Experience within a customer service environment
• Confident working with various systems
• Ability to commit to a contract until 24th December 2026
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
