Seasonal Outdoor Education Leader – Inspire Youth in Scotland

Scottish Outdoor Education Centres (SOEC) are seeking Outdoor Tutor Staff for the 2027 season across three centres in Scotland. This is a fixed-term role from February to October (part-time considered) with a pro rata salary of £25,885.60 per annum.

You will inspire and empower young people through outdoor learning, staying with the same group all week and adapting sessions to their needs. A driving licence and outdoor qualifications are preferred, and accommodation may be available.
