Seasonal Pastry Chef Lead – Canary Wharf Patisserie

Restaurant Associates in Canary Wharf is seeking a hands-on Pastry Chef to lead the pastry operation at a prestigious site for a French bank. You will manage a seasonal five-week pastry menu cycle, develop patisserie counter offerings and a brasserie dessert menu, and ensure accurate costing and exceptional presentation.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with HACCP compliance, stock control and team training as core duties, plus involvement in hospitality events.
