Seasonal Pier Guest Experience Specialist

Hornblower Group is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant – Pier Crew for seasonal shifts at our London piers, including Tower Millennium, Westminster Millennium, London Eye Waterloo, and Greenwich. You will rotate as a sales agent in the ticket office, manage passenger flow, and assist guests with boarding, delivering a friendly, proactive service.

You must promote our sightseeing, dining and experiences while meeting daily sales targets.
