Seasonal Shop Manager - Christmas Retail Lead

C2 Recruitment Ltd in Hereford is seeking a motivated Shop Manager for the 2026 Christmas season. The temporary role covers October to December with both full-time and part-time hours, and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will manage the shop, lead volunteers and ensure excellent customer service in a busy seasonal environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, stock and cash handling, and promoting charities within the local community.
