Seasonal Shop Manager: Lead Volunteers & Xmas Sales

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Shop Manager for a Bristol Christmas charity shop for October to December 2026. This hands-on role involves running the shop, leading volunteers, delivering excellent customer service and helping maximise sales and income for good causes.

You will manage rotas, stock and merchandising, operate EPOS and cash handling, and foster relationships with the local community and the venue manager.
