You'll receive structured training, a starting salary of £27,000 rising to £35,000 upon successful completion of training with an OTE of £50,000.
Whether you've worked in telesales, contact centres, estate agency, banking or another target-driven sales environment, your ability to build relationships and deliver great customer outcomes is what matters most. You'll join a supportive team where your development is invested in from day one.
Package & Benefits
Starting salary of £27,000 per annum, increasing to £35,000 after successful completion of training.
Realistic on target earnings of £50,000.
Up to 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Key Responsibilities
Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Manage enquiries from initial contact through to application with the support of a structured training programme.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards.
Build long-term customer relationships while achieving individual performance targets.About You
At least 12 months' experience in telesales, outbound sales, contact centre sales, banking, estate agency, insurance or another target-driven sales role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
