Second Chef: Fresh Seasonal Menus & Warm Care Home Kitchen

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a qualified Chef to join as Second Chef. You will work with fresh seasonal produce to deliver hotel and restaurant standards, while helping tailor nutritious menus for residents.

You will support the Head Chef, manage the kitchen in their absence, and ensure meals are prepared to a high quality within budget. A warm, welcoming atmosphere and HACCP knowledge are essential.
