The Role As an English Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons. Teach and support students across (Key Stage / Year Groups). Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Encourage students to develop strong literacy, communication and analytical skills. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider aims of the department and school. Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities where appropriate. About You The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or have relevant teaching qualifications. Have experience teaching English within a UK school setting. Have a strong knowledge of the English curriculum. Be passionate about helping students achieve their potential. Have excellent classroom management and communication skills. Be organised, reliable and committed to high standards. Be able to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents/carers.
