The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers. You will ensure students remain on task, follow lesson plans provided, and maintain positive classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience, particularly those considering a future career in teaching.

The Ideal Candidate

• Have a genuine passion for working in education
• Are confident managing classroom behaviour
• Are enthusiastic, proactive, and supportive of students’ learning
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
