Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Set and mark assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Monitor student progress and attainment, identifying areas of concern and implementing intervention strategies.
• Contribute to the wider curriculum development and extracurricular activities within the mathematics department.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic achievement.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
