Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring and challenging mathematics lessons to students across key stages 3 and 4.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles and abilities.
• Mark student work promptly and provide insightful feedback to support their learning progression.
• Utilise a range of teaching methodologies and resources, including digital tools, to enhance understanding.
• Contribute to extracurricular mathematics clubs and support the wider school community in Tyne and Wear .

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification with QTS or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Strong subject matter knowledge and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
