Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, innovative, and effective mathematics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Set high expectations for student attainment and promote excellent academic progress in mathematics.
• Assess pupil progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development and review of mathematics curriculum and teaching resources.

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) with a specialism in Mathematics .
• Experience teaching mathematics at secondary level, ideally including GCSE preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of the secondary mathematics curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
