Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience teaching within a secondary school or SEN setting Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs and adapting your approach accordingly QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification Confidence delivering lessons across KS3-KS5 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A calm, patient and adaptable approach Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing🏫 About the Opportunities

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of mainstream secondary schools and specialist settings throughout Medway, providing continuity and support where it's needed most.

Assignments can range from daily supply and short-term cover to ongoing and longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to choose opportunities that work around you.
