The Supply Register is recruiting Secondary Subject Teachers to work across Heritage High School and Springwell Community College, through our exclusive partnership with The Two Counties Trust.

We are seeking passionate, dedicated teachers across a range of subjects, including: English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, MFL, Computing, DT, Art, Music and more.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across KS3 and KS4

Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and progress

Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Assess, track and support pupil achievement

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life

We’re looking for teachers who:

Hold QTS or equivalent

Are passionate about their subject and inspiring young people

Have strong behaviour management and communication skills

Are committed, reliable and proactive

Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
