About You
- QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification is desirable
- Experience teaching within a secondary school environment
- Confident delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Experience supporting students with SEN, additional learning needs or challenging behaviour is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, adaptable and professional approach
- Able to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
- Reliable and committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
