About the Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Follow existing lesson plans and school schemes of work
• Maintain positive classroom routines and behaviour
• Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
• Support pupil engagement and progress
• Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Work effectively with teachers, support staff and school leaders
• Quickly adapt to different schools, classes and year groups

What We're Looking For

• UK QTS is required
• Recent UK secondary teaching experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good subject knowledge in your specialist subject
• Ability to quickly adapt to different schools and year groups
• Confident, engaging and professional approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable and flexible attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
