Secondary Teaching Assistant — Support & Student Growth

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a committed Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11-16 in Tonypandy. The role involves one-to-one and group support, assisting teachers with resources and activities, and helping maintain a positive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have DBS clearance and EWC registration, with a patient, empathetic approach and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
