Secure Residential Support Worker – Sleep-Ins & Travel

Leaders in Care are recruiting experienced support workers for a Secure Residential Children's Home in the Channel Islands. This role includes travel and accommodation, relocation support, and outside IR35 conditions, with overtime pay on offer.

You will work with vulnerable children in a structured environment, including sleep-in shifts with standby pay and bank holiday bonuses. A Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care and a valid driving licence are required.
