Secure Residential Support Worker – Travel and Relocation

Leaders in Care is seeking experienced support workers for a Secure Residential Children's Home based in the Channel Islands. This role offers free travel, accommodation, and relocation support, with sleep-in shifts and standby pay. You'll help vulnerable children in a structured, caring environment.

Applicants should have Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care, be over 21, and hold a clean driving licence. Previous secure-setting experience within the last three years is required.
