Securities & Redemption Specialist - Hybrid/Flexible

Allica Bank is seeking a Securities & Redemption Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products, including land registry checks, redemptions, releases, lease reviews, and annual reviews.

You will support the Team Lead, handle delegated checks, liaise with customers and advisors, review procedures, and ensure tasks are completed within timescales while maintaining strong relationships with legal and valuation partners.
