Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events from various security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
• Analyze security incidents to identify root causes and potential impacts.
• Perform initial response to security events, escalating complex issues to senior analysts or teams.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and assist in the remediation of identified security weaknesses.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation and procedures.
• Stay updated on current cybersecurity threats and trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT security role or a relevant technical field.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, network protocols, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, antivirus, or vulnerability scanners is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
