Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's security compliance program.
• Conduct regular internal and external security audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Identify compliance gaps and develop remediation plans to address deficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving cybersecurity regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security requirements are met in all business processes.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Manage third-party risk assessments related to security and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in security compliance, IT audit, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with conducting audits and developing remediation plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using compliance management tools and GRC platforms.
