Security Control Room Operator - Day Shifts, CCTV & Access Control

The Royal Academy of Arts is recruiting a Security Control Room Operator to join its Security team. In this role you will help safeguard the RA's premises, artworks, visitors and staff, working from the control room and monitoring security systems to detect signs of risk and respond calmly and effectively.

You will monitor access, resolve incidents, and ensure only authorised people enter. The role requires experience in security operations, strong observation, and the ability to remain composed
