Our client is looking for a skilled Security Engineer specializing in cloud environments to join their technology team, operating remotely. This role is essential for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and applications hosted in the cloud. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) according to security best practices.
• Implement and manage security controls for cloud services, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.
• Develop and automate security processes for cloud deployments and operations.
• Monitor cloud environments for security threats and respond to incidents effectively.
• Conduct security assessments of cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security into the CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Security Engineer or similar role.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security features.
• Experience with cloud security tools, container security, and DevSecOps principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Terraform) for automation.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
