Key Responsibilities
Support the monitoring and protection of systems, applications and networks.
Assist with identifying and investigating potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
Help maintain security controls, policies and technical documentation.
Support incident investigation and security response activities.
Work with technical teams to help improve system and infrastructure security.
Assist with security assessments and routine technical checks.
Monitor security alerts and escalate issues when appropriate.
Support improvements to security processes and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of security findings and actions.
Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity risks and threats.
Requirements
Strong interest in cybersecurity and information security.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of networks, systems and security principles.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Comfortable learning new technologies and security concepts.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous cybersecurity, IT or technical project experience is beneficial but not essential.
