Security Officer – Onsite Patrols & Incident Response

Martin-Baker is seeking a Security Officer to protect people, site and assets at Chalgrove. You will patrol on foot and by vehicle, deter crime and respond to incidents, while maintaining a safe, professional environment.

This role operates 4-on, 4-off, with day or night shifts, onsite. You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for staff and visitors, using CCTV, alarms and radios to keep operations secure.
