Security Officer – Samlesbury (BB2 7LF)

£14.56 per hour | 42 hours per week covering days, nights and weekends

Driver Required – Own Vehicle Essential

Ready for a role where you’re trusted to protect, respond, and act? We’re hiring a Security Officer for a high‑profile site covering Samlesbury. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your presence genuinely matters.

Your role

• Patrol sites (foot & vehicle) to keep people and property safe
• Control access – ID checks & visitor management
• Monitor CCTV and act on incidents
• Respond to alarms and emergencies
• Maintain accurate reports and logs

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and professional
• Calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle

Essential Requirement

Must be a British national by birth or have held a British passport for 5+ years.

What you’ll need

• Valid SIA Licence
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Full UK driving licence + access to your own vehicle
• Physically fit (this is an active role with regular walking)

Essential Requirements (site Clearance)

British national by birth OR British passport held for 5+ years.

• 5-year checkable work history
• Must be able to obtain SC clearance
