The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you’ll cover a small, well-managed patch across Andover and the surrounding areas, including Hampshire, Dorset, Bournemouth and Salisbury.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of commercial security systems, while providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Accurately complete service reports and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota
About You
We’re looking for an experienced engineer with a background in commercial security systems.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience servicing CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Intruder Alarm experience – essential A full UK driving licence A customer-focused approach Installation Engineers looking to make the move into service are also encouraged to apply.
