Job Description
- PA. Bringing Ingenuity to Life. This role will require 5 days a week in the office in our Global Innovation and Technology Centre, Back Lane, Melbourn, Hertfordshire, SG8 6DP

The PA Security Vetting Teamis looking to find a new administrator to have responsibility for ourMelbournoperations. You will be part of a close and efficient team helping to support a vast array ofprojects, and workingacrossthe business to support vetting,compliance,and IT security activities. This role will have a specific focus on working with a variety ofexternalgovernment agencies,clientsand third-party organisations.
What we are looking for
- A highly motivated and customer focused individual
- Organised and ableto meetvery tight deadlines & respond quickly to criticalsituations
- Excellentcommunication skills,andbe able to deal with individuals at alllevels
- An ability to workindependently
- Good reporting skillswith experience of working with Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
- Able todemonstratetact, and maintain complete discretion
- To hold a security clearance or the ability to hold clearance is preferred.
We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates.
Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.
All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
We therefore ask that you only apply if you meet the residency requirements (i.e. you are a British citizen or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years), as this is the prerequisite for a security clearance.
