About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out property inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and interim inspections for residential rental properties. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate property condition reports that support landlords, tenants, and letting agents.
Weekend work is a must for this role, including Saturdays and Sundays where required. Flexibility to work weekends is therefore essential.
This is a flexible freelance position, allowing you to choose when you work and manage your own schedule. You can accept jobs according to your availability, with weekend availability being an essential requirement.
You will have the flexibility to work around your existing commitments, while ensuring you are available to complete weekend appointments when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inventory reports for residential properties.
- Complete check-in and check-out inspections.
- Carry out interim property inspections.
- Record the condition of fixtures, fittings, furniture, and appliances.
- Take clear, high-quality photographs to support reports.
- Produce accurate, unbiased, and professional reports within agreed timescales.
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and letting agents.
- Report maintenance issues where identified
