SEMH & ASC Teaching Assistant — Elevate Student Wellbeing

Welwyn Garden City School is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide specialist support for autistic pupils with ASC and SEMH needs in Welwyn Garden City.

You will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and encourage independence through patient, routines-based support and emotional regulation strategies. The role involves collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and families to promote positive behaviour and progress.
