SEMH Behaviour HLTA — Lead Lessons & Behaviour Support

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in Wandsworth is seeking a confident Behaviour HLTA to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work with teachers and pastoral staff to lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and support pupils showing challenging behaviour.

You will implement behaviour strategies, use de-escalation techniques and help pupils re-engage with education, while acting as a positive role model.
