Milk Education is seeking a committed, resilient SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our partner specialist schools across Guildford, Surrey. You’ll support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning, and build confidence.

Working with teachers and pastoral teams, you will deliver targeted interventions, monitor progress, contribute to behaviour support plans, and help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
