Job Description
SEMH Support Worker – Secondary Location: Bath, BA1 Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £14.25 per hour Working pattern: Full-time and part-time opportunities
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage difficult situations
- Encouraging positive engagement with school
- Supporting pupils with behaviour and routines
- Building positive, professional relationships
- Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and SEN professionals
Experience that could be relevant
You may have worked in:
- Education
- Youth work
- Residential care
- Mental health support
- Sports coaching
- Community support
- Children's services
Formal SEMH experience is desirable but not essential.
