SEMH Teaching Assistant: Calm, Impactful Support for Teens

SENDhelp is recruiting an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in West Drayton. You will support pupils aged 11–18 with SEMH needs, helping them stay engaged and make progress in a calm, structured environment.

The role requires patience, clear boundaries and resilience, with daily collaboration alongside teachers, pastoral staff and therapists. This is a full-time position with ongoing safeguarding-focused practice and development opportunities.
