SEMH Teaching Assistant — Temp to Perm, Term-Time

Randstad Education in Lancing is seeking a dedicated candidate for a temporary SEMH role starting in September, with term-time hours and a view to a permanent position after a 12-week probation. The role pays £89-100 per day and runs Monday-Thursday 08:30-15:30, Friday 08:30-15:00, with DBS checks required.

Applicants should have 6 months of mental health/crisis support experience, GCSEs at 4/C, a driving licence, and a trauma-informed approach to learning.
