What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with SEMH and additional learning needs in‑class and 1:1
- Promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence
- Implementing behaviour support strategies in collaboration with SENCo
- Providing academic interventions and personalised support
- Encouraging positive engagement and independent learning
- Tracking progress and feeding back to teaching staff
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Hounslow School:
