SEMH Youth Support Worker - Term-Time Role

Academics Ltd is seeking a Youth Support Worker in Wiltshire to support students aged 5 to 11 with SEMH and behavioural challenges in a specialist setting. You will help with emotional regulation, academic progress and resilience within a nurturing school environment.

The role involves term-time hours in a supportive team, delivering tailored activities and contributing to EHCP-driven goals. Prior experience is desirable, but training will be provided to those new to SEMH work.
